- Proven experience in global delivery of ADM services
- AM Program Governance, Excellent Service Level Management Skills, Expertise in Managed Services delivery
- Good knowledge in ITIL processes
- Prior Production Support experience, Excellent Communication and Customer Management
- Strong Analytical/Problem solving skills
- Exposure of Project Financials and key levers that influence profitability
- Manage delivery in multivendor environment
- Proven track record of managing project deliverables on time, under budget and quality
- Ability to quickly get plugged into the Account team and gain understanding of Account Plan and key client and internal stakeholders
- Pro-active Risk and Escalation Management
- Strong Communication skills and ability to confidently communicate a point of view
- Should be hands on, get into details of engagements. Rolling up sleeves when necessary
- Collaborative approach, both within the firm and with the client organizations
- Should be ready to work in India and UK shifts based on project requirement.
- Work from Mumbai and Pune with base location as Mumbai.
- Ready to work on flexible timing based on work need.
- Good to have experience in managing retail customers
