Senior Manager - Work Place Services
1. PURPOSE OF ROLE

- Lead Workplace Services for Messaging and Collaboration, Citrix, Onsite, Hardware/Software playing role for workplace manager and managing Workplace operations ( End users systems Desktop/Laptop/Tablets, Services like Exchange, Lync,Skype for Business, Wifi, O365 and Software packaging, Imaging, Tools exposure like SCCM/Citrix/App scriber/Asset Mgmt. tool/SD tools like BMC remedy force/SNOW- .also familiar with Service desk management/IT asset mgmt processes- )
- Support, Conference/Telepresence Rooms support
- Manage and Support components of Workplace operating budget, including, Workplace hardware and software licensing position for various products
- Manager of full-time employees and contract vendors
- Collaborates with peer infrastructure teams to drive improvements in Workplace processes, architecture, and performance
- Provide End-user Services.
- Oversee customer escalations and major incidents by leveraging vendors to resolve issues in a timely manner
KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Ensure Workplace service level agreements and operating level agreements are defined and measured
- Support Vendor SOWs maintained and Service Contracts in place
- Continually Improve efficiency and performance of Workplace Services
Requirements :
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related discipline required.
- General Experience: 12+ years I.T. experience with 1-2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
- Management: Ability to lead a strong team to meet organizational objectives. Customer focused with a desire to continually acquire knowledge of customer's business objectives and processes.
- Process Improvement: Project management, analytical and critical thinking skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs, translating them into operational requirements and solutions.
- Technical: Results oriented with the ability to lead complex IT assignments. Ability to perform job tasks independently, with minimal supervision. May need to handle multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously, adjusting to change and continually aligning priorities to ensure the most important efforts to the company are completed. Broad IT knowledge and experience on the multiple IT solutions that could encompass the business partner's entire technical solution set (e.g.. SAP, .Net, and custom systems).
- Personal: Exceptional written, oral and presentation communication abilities in English. Proficient in communicating technical information to customers, team members & peers. Strong flexibility and ability to thrive in dynamic environment.
