Senior Manager - Project Management - Product Planning Function - OEM

- Lead the PP Office vertical in Product Planning (PP) function and ensure that all PP deliverables are serviced as per the requirement of MPDS across Personal & Commercial Programs

- Custodian of Capacity planning for upcoming projects

- Co-ordinate with Manufacturing/CME for specific plant capacities and utilities for upcoming products.

- Act as Synergy Manager to align PD, CDMM, Manufacturing, Marketing, President's Office for Product

- Roadmaps during the business planning phases of SWR, OWR, MBR, Resource Week Planning & Revenue Budget Exercise

- Work closely with Program Managers across PD, PTD & ME to align the delivery expectations related to product scope & timelines.

- Coordinate with CDMM, Manufacturing & Marketing teams - Domestic & IO to close the launch related planning

- Jointly coordinate with PD HOD Office to plan for MD's Quarterly APC & President's Monthly APC

- Lead/Support PP responsibilities of portfolio planning, product concept planning, project planning

- Support PP HOD for making PP more effective & efficient
