Job Description - Senior Manager - PMO - NBFC

Reporting to : GM PMO

Project Management Office (PMO):

The role will work in the Office of CEO and will be involved in asset valuation and will also be contributing in other strategic initiatives being implemented in the organization. The role provides direct insight into managing all aspects of Real Estate Investment in India.The opportunity will provide the candidate with a platform to be involved in all aspects of Real Estate Development. This is a small organisation with significant scope to work and be involved in all aspects of the business.

Responsibilities include :

- Financial modeling (creating, maintaining and updating) for the company using Excel

- Will be involved in investment deal execution end to end from evaluation stage to closure

- Interact with various stakeholders including auditors

- Interact with IPC to oversee valuation exercise being conducted by them

- Assisting with analytical aspects of quarterly / annual investor reporting

- Real estate market research, both in new and existing markets

- Assisting with the asset management function for existing portfolio (evaluation of major capital projects, major leasing transactions on existing assets, and major asset decisions)

- Preparation of presentation material or organization and coordination of large working groups

- Interact with third party property managers in creating annual budgets and business plans

Special projects as required

Skills and Experience :

- MBA from top 10 MBA institute/ qualified Chartered Accountant

- Open to look for a bachelor from IIT with ranking in top 400

- Familiarity with office real estate will be good to have

- Readiness to work in hard deadline paced environment

- Senior Manager - 5 years +- experience in financial modeling / investor presentation

- Candidates from Fund, NBFC & Private Equity (Real Estate) experience background are requested to apply for the same.
