Senior Manager - Project Management Office - Healthcare Domain - Management Consulting Firm

Job Description :

- End to end design, detailing, execution and project management of key projects.

- Identify transformation initiatives and projects for Indian business based on short and long term business needs.

- Set up and work with relevant cross functional teams and its affiliates - across commercial, manufacturing, supply chain, HR, finance and regulatory functions on transformation projects.

- Conduct detailed design of initiatives, bringing in best practices and insights from internal and external sources (market, competition and other industries) into the project design.

- Own the execution and delivery of all chosen transformational projects and ensure regular problem solving, tracking and De-bottle necking.

- Perform escalation of issues and roadblocks along with mitigating actions to relevant owners, sponsors and senior leadership team members.

- Support Director PMO India on regularly bench marking / analyzing competitive shifts impacting performance and health of individual businesses.

- Ensure that project design and execution road maps are fully aligned with the divisional leadership teams.

- Provide input on portfolio priorities, go-to-market strategy, new product launches for individual affiliates where needed.

Candidate Profile :

- MBA from premium B School with 2-3 years relevant experience in management consulting & strategies, primarily in healthcare domain.

- Must have independently handled business transformation projects with solid business acumen.
