Knowledge/Qualifications/Experience:
To effectively perform in this job the position holder must have:

Knowledge:
- PMO function, processes and how to deliver value, balancing a Portfolio and large scale enterprise change
- Degree qualifications in Business or related discipline
- Certification in project management, program management and/or portfolio management methodologies.
- Understanding of traditional and agile delivery approaches
Experience:
- 8-10+ years' experience both within PMO and Program delivery
- Project Management experience preferred
- Experience leading large and complex programs and portfolios of work
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
- Leading the design or continuous improvement of PMO processes.
Miscellaneous:
- This position is located at the Delhi Office
- Travel to all sites with INDIA will be required on a regular basis
Qualification - MBA (Finance) with BE (Civil) will preferred .
