Senior Manager - Project Management

Experience requirement:

Must Have(s)

1. 12+ years of experience (of which approximately 5+ years in a Project Management role)

2. Background in Engineering / Project management Product Related (NPD, CPD)

3. Engineering Degree and background

4. Very Good Written and Spoken English, Documentation skills, attention to details

5. Very good Presentation skills

6. Have led a team of people

7. Strong Project Management skills

Role and Responsibility:

1. Lead a team of Project Leaders/Project Analysts/Program/Project Managers, while setting up best practices and processes

1. Drive to attain "Best in class" Project Management team with KPI's that are focused on the end customer and business requirement.

2. Hire, develop, grow a team for effective project deliveries.

3. Mentor, coach and provide guidance.

4. Be a hands-on leader where you can drive by example for the entire team and also for global counterparts.

5. Ensure that we are managing Risks (and enhance the ability and capability of the team to perform and be the best examples of how to run projects)

6. Work with global business teams on various project / program / portfolio needs.

7. Requirements gathering, Scope definition, Project Planning, Resource planning, Cost Management and execution.

8. Support in executing projects on time by following up with internal teams, suppliers and customers.

9. Ensure that there is documentation and publication of the project reports.
