Senior Manager - Project Finance - Business Team - NBFC/Bank

Job Description:

Relationship building and management through transaction life cycle. Ability to balance between relationship skills and strong technical abilities. Person is expected to be able to work independently on end to end transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sourcing and managing relationships with target clientele

- Strong technical ability - Industry and financial analysis

- Ability to handle transactions independently.

- Developing detailed financial models for viability analysis

- Preparation of credit presentations and appraisal notes

- Liaising with clients for transaction activities like information gathering, due diligence, term sheets etc.

- Coordinating with legal counsel and client for completing legal documentation

- Coordinating disbursements, follow on activities and asset monitoring

Qualifications: Postgraduate in Business Management / CA

Experience:

- 4 - 7 years, preferably from bank or NBFC in Wholesale/Infrastructure financing

- Experience in Project Finance

- Ability to handle execution (credit evaluation, financial modelling, Credit Note preparation, Legal documentation) of debt transactions in infra sectors end to end.

- Preferable - Exposure to lending towards infra sectors like Renewable, Transmission, Roads, Airports, Logistics etc
