Senior Manager - Programs - NGO

Arthur's partner organization is looking for a Sr Manager - Programs who will be responsible for ownership and delivery of different programs such as national scouting programs, accelerators, grand challenges, hackathons and other start-up support programs being run. This role would include delivering the programs as per the client requirements, building robust processes and SOPs, performing quality audits and delivering an exceptional program experience to the participating stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities :

- Translate the client requirements into project delivery requirements.

- Ensure high-quality experience and project delivery/execution within deadlines.

- Build and manage detailed project activity timeline, budget and daily engagement towards project delivery / execution.

- Execute the planned program while working with key internal stakeholders.

- Identify, onboard and engage the experts necessary for the program and startups.

- Collate feedback from the startups and follow-up with the respective stakeholders internally to escalate and mitigate any concerns.

- Handle a high volume of engagements and the fast pace of the start-up environment.

- Identify roadblocks and create processes and checkpoints to mitigate them.

- Build detailed processes, standard operating procedures and playbooks to ensure a high level of consistency in the program delivery.

- Ensure timely and accurate reporting.

- Mentor and develop a strong team.

Qualifications/Experience required :

- 3 to 8 years of experience.

- Minimum qualification: Post graduation.

- Should have project management experience.

- PMP certification or equivalent desirable.
