Senior Manager - Programme Management Office - Management Consulting

Role Description :

- The candidate will be responsible for leading the Programme Management office work stream focusing on their different business units.

Key responsibility areas :

- Working with different teams, handling multiple projects & managing the project scope, timelines, benefit realization/project profitability, project evaluation & monitoring, project on-boarding, stakeholder & team management

- Maintaining periodic update of dashboard & follow up on project status

- Dealing with project managers & team members for the on-boarding of project, status update, filing templates

- Working & Managing Leadership level expectations (CXO, CEO)

- Handling & dealing with multiple stakeholders and a team of managers.

- Liaison with Brand Strategy, Marketing Activation & Product development teams

Location - Gurgaon

Job requirements :

- Bachelors in Technology or Engineering with a post - graduation degree with 8-12 years of relevant experience with Management Consulting firms

- An Exposure to Sales, Marketing related project management projects will be an added advantage

- Stakeholder management, team management experience is a must

- Person should be confident and a go getter, who can handle & dissect complex issues & thus bring a solution
