Program Management - Senior Manager
Experience - 12+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
1. Consulting and Needs Analysis:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and transformational goals.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Provide expert advice and strategic recommendations to address client requirements.
2. Program Design and Planning:
- Develop tailored program strategies aligned with client goals and industry best practices.
- Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful program execution.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gain buy-in and alignment on program objectives.
3. Implementation Oversight:
- Lead and guide cross-functional teams to execute program initiatives effectively.
- Monitor and track program progress, identifying and mitigating risks as they arise.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions within agreed timelines and budget constraints.
4. Change Management:
- Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during program implementations.
- Engage stakeholders at all levels to drive adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
5. Performance Measurement and Reporting:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of implemented programs.
- Generate regular reports for clients, highlighting achievements, areas for improvement, and recommendations for future enhancements.
6. Client Relationship Management:
- Foster strong and collaborative relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Conduct regular check-ins and reviews to ensure ongoing satisfaction and alignment with client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in program management, consulting, and strategic transformation.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in program management.
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.
