We are looking for Program Managers for CMM Level 5 Company in Mysore Location.
Purpose of the Job:
- To lead and manage the Key Customer Account in order to achieve total customer satisfaction, business objectives and operational efficiency;
- To look after interest of particular Cyient Company, Manufacturing segment (DLM) and particular Business Group.
- To lead teams of RFQ, Sourcing & materials, testing, assembly, prototype, quality and to promote competency so as to provide customer and DLM value - added, cost effective DLM Services with the support of Program Management team-

- Customer satisfaction

- Sales and P & L responsibility up GM-
- Result of customer satisfaction survey in terms of industrialisation (Internal and externally)
- % of actual cost to investment plan
- Inventory value and Inventory days (DIO)
Main Responsibilities:
- To develop and control skills of the Key customer account to meet customer and Internal requirements
- To ensure good communication between Customer(s), CFT, Business vertical DLM and Cyient Design team
- To follow up and optimise the product and service costing, inventory control and DIO, ECR & ECO, scrap approvals, obsolescence control and excess material sales.
- To ensure that the product quality requirements are taken care.
- To be responsible for Budget forecasting accuracy in Sales Reports
- To arrange, monitor and evaluate the work of subordinates, and also coach and train to subordinates.
- Ability to understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and relevance to the industrialization.
Required Work Exprerience:
- 4 years' experience in production area in manufacturing industry, preferably in electronics; Previous experience in multinational companies
- Seven to ten years of Project, Program Management experience
- EMS industry experience will receive the highest priority
