Senior Manager - Production - Chemical Firm

- Must-Have experience to handle one production plant independently.

- Time to time arrange a meeting with shop floor persons and generate technical inputs to improve production efficiency(yield, Time, process modification to see the feasibility of the process to ease operation)

- To prepare and execute monthly and quarterly production plan

- Handling of CRAMs/API production in commercial scale, Technical troubleshooting, the experience of USFDA, MHRA approved the plant.

- Handling different activity in a shift like the operation of reactors, centrifuge, filtration, drying, etc.

- Experience in handling high-pressure reaction, Pyrophoric chemicals, Organometallic reactions.

- Knowledge of SAP, SCADA/DCS/PLC is a must.

- Handling of exothermic & endothermic, high-pressure reaction, fridle-craft reaction, etc. close working with R & D/Technology Transfer department for new product execution.

- Execution of operation like batch charging, distillation, crystallization, extraction, drying etc.
