CTC : Max 20-25% hike from current CTC

Industry : Cement Only

Job Description :

Reduction of Specific Heat : To guide CCR Operator to monitor the key parameters to operate the plant efficiently with Optimal fuel consumption to reduce the specific heat energy consumption.

Reduction of Specific Power: To guide CCR Operator to monitor the key parameters to operate the plant efficiently with Optimal power consumption.

Maintaining the Fuel mix: Maintaining the low cost fuel mix to control variable cost in coordination with quality department

Maximizing the AFR: Coordinating with material handling department to maintain the consumption consistently in to order avoid quality fluctuation

Maintaining the CC ratio: Producing the good quality clinker to absorb more Flyash and Performance improver to maintain CC ratio

Shutdown Planning / Procurement/Budget: Forecasting the consumption of refractory material for each line which accommodate within the budget for the department.

Typical decisions made by this position:

1. Usage of 70 % alumina bricks for kiln burning zone

2. Usage of Dry fly ash in Pyro after grinding in coal mill instead of direct firing in Precalciner

3. Usage of maximum fine coal from Line-2 Coal Mill

4. Usage of Carbon Black directly into Calciner

5. Usage of paper & plastic waste directly into Calciner.

6 Usage of less than 60mm sized grinding media in Coal Mill

7. Maximum usage of Saudi Petcoke having high sulphur upto 8%
