Senior Manager - Production - Auto

- Planning and budgeting of resources for Production function.

- Team handling and ensure ZERO DEFECT CULTURE at Fractal.

- Formulating capital investment plan for plant, machinery, and specific production tools to support new projects.

- Strategizing Operational/Production activities to ensure "LEAN" practices are introduced.

- Reviewing the performances in terms of inventory controls and process development activities to ensure target "RUN AT RATE" is achieved for new launches

- Ensuring adherence to all corporate guidelines (like COQ reduction, Compliances, AHQ Improvements) and system requirements - IATF, EMS (EHS & OHSAS) for smooth and effective functioning of the plant

- Reviewing within budget and timely setup of in-house capacities (process equipment, manpower, logistics) for new launches

- Adhering to internal and external regulatory norms (including Customers) and policies to maintain a compliant unit

- Set MPS targets for operations functions

- Drive improvement initiatives in plant through "CIP" activities to reduce wastages and improve performance.

- Review upkeep of equipment and facilities of maintenance teams (TPM etc.)

- Implementing HR policies in an effective manner to ensure employee delight and minimal attrition in Staff (especially Key talent & OEs)

- Coordinate with key stake holders for operations and process development issues.

- Managing the overall development of team members through effective and need based training and controlling attrition. Ensuring a highly engaged workforce.
