- This involves planning and assisting in the development, marketing and distribution of a product. 

- He/She also have to provide a clear plan for their product, outlining goals as well as potential risks, challenges and opportunities. 

- They play a very active role within a company, leading and motivating teams to achieve their desired outcomes.

Educational Requirements - 

Product managers should have at least a Master's degree in finance, marketing, business management or another related field of study from tire 1 college only. This position requires an extensive knowledge of finance and marketing, so you'll need a strong background in both fields.

Skills and Experience - 5 years+ of experience in education loan business
