1. Be part of the core product team and ideate on product, features and services to provide a positive and exceptional customer experience.

2. UI/UX, CMS & tech stack audit and improvement of the existing digital assets.

3. Continuous strive for conversion rate optimization (CRO) by rigorous analysis of customer journey and recommend improvement areas for the same to the business, including merchandizing

4. Monitor the existing and new product features (both online, offline/internal) by creating dashboard, MIS and analysis to make the Go-to-market successful.

5. Drives experiments around personalization, A/B testing etc.

6. Map customer journeys and user personas to define and solve problems through products

7. 3P/tool research and proposal, negotiation and on boarding to meet the broader product objectives.

8. Ensure that the team adheres to agile methodology and manage the sprints accordingly.

9. Document requirements through the creation and refinement of user stories with clear acceptance criteria and definition of done

10. Projects Design, BRDs, and Implementation as per set target date.

11. Research and implement best industry practise to provide excellent user experience including gathering any new requirements from business which will improve customer journey at platform.

12. Utilize customer journey mapping to identify touchpoints, pain points, and areas for improvement in the customer experience

Role Requirement:

1. 6-8 years of product management experience with D/B2C or online commerce brand.

2. Also considering background in self-startups, tech agency or digital agency.

3. Expert with data, Google Analytics, excel, power point and other social and marketing tools.

4. Experience in online platforms like Magento, shopify, woocommerce etc

5. Demonstrate knowledge of digital ads platforms, SEO and SEM.

6. Expert with working in Agile methods, running POC and MVP

7. Proficient in Wireframing, UI/UX Design, Data Analysis, and other relevant tools.
