Position : Sr. Manager- Product Marketing
- Responsible for front-end engagement to support Prepaid & Postpaid acquisitions.
- Planning and aligning the acquisition cost on a monthly basis
- Ensures high revenue generation by attracting new customers and retaining the present ones by keeping the churn under control.
- Carries out all Postpaid and Prepaid activities like offering new schemes, costing, customer promotions, launching new products & services and modifying the current ones to increase acquisitions.
- Monitoring the quality of acquisition and highlight observed anomaly through retail quality analysis
- Coordinates with the Brand Manager to develop communication in terms of advertisements, outdoor & in shop merchandising, promotions to promote the brand and announce a new feature of tariff.
- Increase in customer base by new acquisitions.
- Increased Revenue generation by getting customers through innovative offers and effective costing measures.
- Retention of prepaid and postpaid customers by offering new schemes, tariff plans,promos, customer service etc.
- Assists in essential function like increase in new acquisition, revenue maximization, retaining of existing customer.
- Carry out Postpaid & prepaid activities by offering schemes adding new product features.
- Will interact with external market research agencies.
