Senior Manager - Product Management & Risk Policies - Retail Credit Cards

Responsible for implementing credit cards architecture.

1. Ownership of all card variants and business lines on cards for the fastest growing cards franchise in the country

2. Drive strategic plan through initiatives for Retail Credit Cards business

3. Responsible for building the card architecture into the country's most robust card architecture across customer segments

4. Card Variants management & value propositions

5. Responsible for designing, testing and implementing propositions across all EMI card variants

6. Build an understanding of segment aspirations and generate - off-us- offers for building the proposition for each EMI card variant

7. Manage non-core alliances to generate offers

8. Research and development for keeping track of innovations in cards proposition & products launched by payment service providers in India and abroad

9. Work closely with Risk to drive line assignment, enhancement by segment to drive usage and ongoing reviews of the same

10. Limit management, transaction authorization & block/unblock policies on cards

11. Cards portfolio risk monitoring & interventions to meet target metrics across various channels and categories of Cards

12. Distribution (manufacturer & retailer) risk management, Cards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

13. Work closely with Fraud Control Unit (FCU) team to execute fraud framework & invisible monitoring

14. Work with stakeholders to design, test and implement business and risk requirements on Card Management platform and associated systems

15. Conduct regular and detailed reviews with business teams to understand their requirements and provide solutions as well as to ensure business strategies are executed

16. Coordinate with Finance, HR, Sales, Risk, and IT teams for project sign-offs and to ensure smooth functioning of the Cards Business.
