Senior Manager - Product Management - FMCG

Our Client is Hiring Senior Manager - Product Management in Mumbai Location

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY :

- Lead a team of product managers

- Responsible for Product Roadmap for all current & future products of the company across both offline (distribution based channel business) & ecommerce ( web, mobile, apps) across India and global markets

- Lead and drive product strategy and portfolio management to gain market share

- Joint responsibility with sales & trade marketing for product wise sales

- Overall responsible for product pricing

- Joint responsibility with brand marketing team for product positioning and product communication

- Conceptualize ATL/ BTL activities for company products along with Brand marketing team

- Joint responsibility of GTM strategy with the trade marketing team

- Drive the responsibility of all new product identification, launch & corresponding product lifecycle.

- Product Rationalization as per business requirement

- Act as a cross-functional leader with sales, trade marketing, brand, product development & engineering, Design, R&D, manufacturing, finance, logistics team for seamless delivery on the product front

- Mapping competition/Markets/ Channels to constantly evolve product strategy

- Lead product innovation based on current and future consumer trends as per research data.

- Product Budget Management: Periodically (Annually/ Quarterly/ Monthly) monitor and utilize product budget as per needs of the business and under the direction of the head of marketing

- Ensure continuous product training to all stakeholders including brand, trade marketing, sales and channel partners.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION :

- 10+ years- experience in product management in a consumer-facing industry

- Graduate +MBA( desirable), but others can be considered who has the above-stated skill set & has the hunger to grow
