Senior Manager - Product Management - Equipment Manufacturing

We are scouting for Product Manager with - 14 years Product Manufacturing or Engineering Experience, - 5 years of Management Experience, configurable/Complex Product Management experience, the design of Configurable/Complex Products experience with capital equipment.

Your Primary Responsibilities will be :

- Builds and manages strong Product Management capability at India

- Proliferates best-known methods and knowledge-sharing across product managers

- Defines long-term and short-term organizational objectives in alignment with Product and Program Management organization in the US

- Provides direction and manages priorities within dedicated engineering team for his/her products

Mandatory Skills required to performing the job:

- Prior experience in product management & product configuration, preferably with complex capital equipment

- Previous experience managing teams working on engineering design, engineering change processes, bills of materials management, and manufacturing

- Ability to analyze business cases, analyze and optimize financial impact, create & manage project schedules and handle budgets

- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills, both to various organizations within the company and customers

- Demonstrated skill in decision making and problem-solving in the absence of complete or accurate data

- Demonstrated skill in motivating & managing teams by creating a vision and devising strategies/tactics in support of the vision
