Senior Manager - Product Management - Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning

We have a job opportunity for the role Senior Manager_Product Management_ Bangalore with one of our leading MNC.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with a team of data scientists in development of the agreed upon features, with some hands-on involvement.

- Collaborate with Data Engineering team closely to ensure smooth and efficient development and deployment cycle.

- Work closely with the Senior Management and Functional heads (Sales and Marketing, Product, Customer Service, Business Operations, etc.) to understand the requirements and incorporating in the product lifecycle.

- Create user stories and requirement specifications for current and future products

- Identify and assess potential impact of product and process / change management required for benefit realization

- Interface with external vendors in the same space, as needed.

Qualifications:

- Overall 6-9 years of experience

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience in leading a team of data scientists and preferably some hands on experience with AI / ML modelling

- At least 1-2 years of experience in either NLP or neural networks / deep learning for computer vision based applications (image processing) - hands on or leading data scientists

- Software product development / solution development and deployment experience

- Experience in business analysis / requirement gathering, documentation and stakeholder management

- Experience with data engineering or data management would be a plus but not mandatory

- Publishing of any papers or academic background in statistics would be a plus but not mandatory

- Technical: R, PYTHON, Big Data Infrastructure
