JOB ROLE

Main Responsibilities

- Own the Listing Process and drive improvements for Brands who are already listed on the company.

Develop communication that details the benefits of high-quality listings to brands.

- Work with internal stakeholders & brands to define SLAs & Escalation Processes.

- Identify root causes of listing problems and drive resolutions

- Maintain SLAs defined per project & ensure consistent quality of delivery

- Engage with Internal & External stakeholders to define requirements, test data integrity & simplify execution.

- Maximize revenue by helping launch high potential Brands that deliver competitive selection, pricing & availability.

- Setup Policy, Quality Check Practices, Guides & Templates for easy integration and approval of the Product Listing.

- Setup up a process to check whether existing listings are correct and work towards enhancing them to ensure high visibility in the right Product Categories.

- Work with Sellers & Brand Relationship Managers to gather requirements to help build tools and processes to increase ease and efficiency with which Brands integrate with the company.

- Ensure retailers can make great purchase decisions by identifying and preventing abuse of product listings and maintaining the health of the catalog.

- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Legal, Sales and other business teams to identify problems and solutions that help protect Brands & Retailers.

- Create Training Materials & Operating Procedures.

- Help develop automation and reporting to complete easy integration and undertake in-depth analysis.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Should be well versed with the regulatory requirements in the job being looked at for.

- Should have team handling experience.

- Should have a good product understanding.

- Should be able to see the big picture & is creative.

- Should be strong in verbal & written communication.

- Out of Box thinking for providing solution to internal and external customer
