Senior Manager - Product

The company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Growth Product Manager to join our rapidly growing team. As a Growth Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform by driving product strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring successful product launches. Responsibilities:
Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and research to identify market opportunities.
- Develop a clear product vision, set goals, and establish objectives for growth.
- Define and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, customer support, marketing, and sales to align product development with company objectives.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle.
Continuous Improvement:
- Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings to identify areas for product differentiation and growth opportunities.
- Drive product improvements based on feedback and data-driven insights.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and programs to ensure successful product launches and market penetration.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling product messaging and positioning.
Product and Business Planning:
- Collaborate with leadership to shape product and business strategies in line with the company's vision.
- Ensure alignment of product initiatives with the overall business strategy.
Project Management:
- Utilize agile methodologies and scrum principles to manage the backlog of bugs, feature requests, and product rollouts.
- Effectively prioritize and allocate resources to meet project deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: You have 4+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of driving growth in a B2B SaaS environment.
