Job Title: Senior Manager - Product Innovation & PMO (PLCS & UGL), Cross Sell

Business: Cross Sell - Centre of Excellence

Reports to : Vertical Head - Product Innovation & PMO (PLCS & UGL), Cross Sell

Location: Pune

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Identify big impact areas for improvement in processes & create capabilities for large impact

2. Create product capability for faster and better customer acquisition

3. Create differentiated product suite for edge in market

4. Work on product propositions from time to time to meet market & customer needs

5. Work with IT & process teams for smooth system support to business

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Should have 4-7 year of experience overall

Prior experience in Product/project roles would be an added advantage

Should have a MBA / Post Graduate Degree

Should have collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues across the company.

Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills.

Excellent Team Management & Interpersonal Skills.

Exceptionally high motivational levels and need to be a self-starter
