Senior Manager - Product - Healthcare Startup

- Owning the product vision and the product road map & strategizing path to deliver on our ambitious mission.

- Creating a culture of ownership and accountability by delivering on product milestones as defined in the OKRs and roadmap

- Working closely cross functionally with the leadership team to deliver high quality products and product experience to our subscribers

- Delivering core products for doctors and caregivers adhering to international medical standards and NDHM guidelines

- Leveraging PLG principles to create product experiences which deliver value to our customers and increase their engagement with the product

- Strategizing and scouting new integrations in close collaboration with the medical team to enhance customer experience and improve clinical outcomes

- Recruiting and mentoring teams, carving their growth path and coaching them to excel in it

- Introducing best product management and engineering practices in the organization

- Conducting frequent data-led experiments to validate hypotheses Are interested in building things from scratch (0-1 journey as we call it). Early stage has amazing opportunities to offer, but you should be ready to embrace the challenge.

- Have a strong technology background with management experience.

- Have at least 7 years+ experience in building products and at least 4-5 years of experience in managing teams

- Are a strategic thinker, with a strong bias towards delivery and execution.

- Have experience shipping high quality products, and constantly tracking product metrics

- Demonstrate values of high integrity, empathy and eagerness to learn.
