Senior Manager - Product Development - Manufacturing

Market Research :

- To conceive and develop a product taking into consideration design, commerciality and technical issues.

- To coordinate with marketing team to formulate a collection based on trends and market research, and present it to the buying team.

New Product Development & Technological Advancement :

- To monitor all the new developments (Internal and customer oriented) in the spinning stage itself and ensure trouble free running of yarn in subsequent process.

- Ensure development of new weaving techniques.

- Ensure development of new borders.

- Ensure border library development & presentation.

Enquiry and Check List Analysis :

- To check and keep record of all technical parameters

- To troubleshoot the problems & take corrective actions for the feasibility of the product

Creativity & Innovation :

- To generate new ideas keeping in mind customer's expectations & convert those to execution

Co-ordination with Departments :

- To co-ordinate with marketing team for market week samples

- To co-ordinate with labs for shade development
