Track on Regulatory Change Analyse product and process innovation :&nbsp; - Competition research on existing products &amp; survey of their performance - Bench marking against best prax in the industry on processes and evaluating/implementing the same - Understanding of Regulations Drive Product Performance, New Launches and Off-take :&nbsp; - Planning and Execution of product launches - Planning and monitoring target Vs Achievement at product &amp; category level - Execution of post launch activities viz. preparation of documents, filing the documents, designing collats, ensuring adequate due diligence etc. - Accuracy and consistency in reporting nos and activities - Responsiveness to market / regulations - End to end ownership for product and ensuring co-ordination across functions to drive organisational/department agenda - Key stake-holders would be: - BS&amp;T - planning &amp; executing system readiness/alterations - Marketing - ensuring collats/communication elements/campaigns are done timely and tracked - Sales - ensure interaction with sales for support required/feedback/buy in for driving the category.
