Senior Manager - Product - Banking Products

Position: Senior Manager - Product (Banking Products)

Reporting to : Head Product & Risk

Will Manage a team of 4 people

Role:-

Responsible for designing innovative products for large customer pools sourced from business partners.

- Responsible for creating the Product Policy Guideline (PPG) of companies with distinctive policies for Payments, Unsecured and Secured offering

- Work with partners and continuously add differentiating propositions

- Leverages his / her strong understanding and experience in product management to drive innovations in customer acquisition

- Engage in analysis relating to profitability, delinquency, and viability of all Loan products to support decision making

- Identify and strive for new income opportunities for business (like fee based distribution products)

- Extensive engagement with stakeholders - Sales, Underwriting, Operations, Analytics, Technology and Risk

Required Candidate Skills:

- Post graduate from a leading institute relevant product / risk / underwriting experience

- In-depth Knowledge of Business processes related to Origination, Receivables and Collections of Lending sector in BFSI segment

- Thorough knowledge of Unsecured and Secured lending products like Personal Loans and Mortgages along with Value added distribution products
