Experience: - 10+ Years
Responsibilities:
- The Incumbent will be responsible for Product/ Business development in technical sales, Service & marketing management, delivering technical presentation and service training to valued customers.
- Customer Support and Services, Key Account Management and business generation from Existing customer (Plastic, Master Batches & Compounds).
- Expertise in new product design & developing cases for new products/features. Develop products by identifying market potential; conducting market research; generating product requirements; determining specifications, and time-integrated plans for product introduction.
- Technical Up-gradation of existing Product - by understanding Market needs, gap in present products, considering press condition & machine configuration.
- To ensure timely closure and resolution of complaints of customers through R&D/ Application Lab and to provide technical support to branches (Training to Branch Personnel/ Selective Trials/ Presentation to key customers).
