SR. MANAGER PROCUREMENT

- Managing overall control of all the procurement and improvement end to end supply chain.

- Handle the all manpower of purchase team and interviewing, recruitment etc

- Arrange for training for handling the material and safety

- Plan for consolidate purchase at a time

- Finalized the ARC fate taking approval from management up to.

- Regular review the market & Rate negotiate of Existing Vendor

- Reviewing technical specifications for the materials and components,

- Ensure for 5R (Supply in write time, Write Price, Write Source, Write Quality and Write Quantity)

- Negotiate with supplier and finalize the rate for a single order up to Rs -

- Coordinate with GST team for arranging the way bill for dispatched the material from supplier.

- Coordinate with accounts team for payment of supplier like advance payment,etc

- Coordinate with Central workshop / P&M SM and guide the purchase team for supply the material in write time.

- To search the market for RC material and finalize with competent authority.

- Explore new vendors

- Visit market for explore new vendor and to build up the relation with existing vendor etc
