Senior Manager - Procurement - FMCG

- Raw materials purchase. The role involves Supplier Management; Cost Optimization; Inventory management; Quality assurance; Supply Chain optimization; Risk Management; Team leadership and Reporting and Analysis.

- Vendor Development: Proven experience in identifying, assessing, and developing strong supplier relationships.

- P2P Cycle: Thorough understanding and management of the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) cycle.

- Raw materials functional knowledge of cosmetics ingredients; Edible oil; food ingrdients; Flavours, Choclate/ choco spread ingredients

- Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.

- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyse complex situations and make data-driven decisions to drive procurement efficiencies.

- Team Leadership: Leadership skills to motivate and guide the procurement team in achieving objectives.

- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements and priorities.
