Sr. Manager - Procurement

- Looking for a candidate for the position of Sr. Manager - Procurement with one of the leading MNC FMCG firm based out of Pune.

- Candidate should have minimum 12-15 years of experience in sourcing of flavors, food ingredients and agri commodities preferably in a food processing industry.

Key responsibilities :

- Commodities sourcing (flavor/ingredient/spices/)

- Develop and communicate a procurement business plan; establish, communicate and implement long-term goals for the department in order to promote effectiveness and efficiency.

- Oversee contract development and administration.

- Develop and implement procurement-related training programs for the procurement team and organization.

- Coordinating with the Logistics, Planning, Operations, and Materials for getting all production plans in advance

- Coordination with the sales team

- Analyzing the buying pattern

- Responsible for handling the vendor selection and development process.

- Identifying and finalizing alternate sources for RM & PM

- CTC can go up to 30-35 lakhs.
