PMO/Senior Manager
Knowledge & skills for Process Specialist :
- Elicit existing processes and document Current State, analyze change & identify best practice to determine Future State, perform Gap Analysis to determine impact to business
- Develop and document new or changed processes and communications
- Establish workflow processes and efficient task management
- Gather and analyze documentation to ensure correct understanding of terms and conditions
- Support test team activities including triage and impact analysis
- Participate in project rollout activities including development and delivery of training and support for business users
- Contribute to developing new artifacts for re-use and to improve efficiency
- Previous experience in the financial services industry, particularly superannuation
- IIBA qualifications Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA), Certificate Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) or equivalent
