Senior Manager - Process Excellence

The Sr Manager Process excellence is strongly focused on process improvement, opportunity identification & prioritization, process analysis, identifying areas of improvement, building business cases, developing an ideal process future state (covering areas like re-imagined steps, people skills and tech/automation) and guiding its delivery to realize the intended business goals.

Works in collaboration with the Senior leadership team to identify opportunities and design processes to transform the business-operating model, maximize the return on digital/automation investments and improve the performance of the entire system.

Essential Job Functions:

- Plan and execute comprehensive end-to-end strategic process improvements across the benefit levers of Process Simplification/Re-engineering, Digitization & Automation using methods like Lean Six Sigma, Systems Thinking, Value Stream Analysis

- Own continuous improvement culture via focused programs towards Lean Six Sigma, Black belts, Green belts, Yellow belts etc. Train, coach and embed an Innovation, Lean, data driven and culture of continuous improvement.

- Using Design Thinking skills, you lead research sessions with our teams to understand their experiences, unmet needs, desires and their "moments of truth"

- Using systems thinking skills, you overlay these opportunities on our current operating model and use LEAN and hypothesis-based problem-solving techniques to uncover the root cause of inefficiencies and issues

- Assist in developing a digital transformation target operating model which includes recommendations on automation, workflows, web applications, data science and employee training opportunities to improve the business outcomes

Skills And Knowledge:

- Ability to use human centered design principles to map the ideal process journey

- Ability to create a business architecture to facilitate alignment of strategic objectives and tactical demands

- Ability to assess data model and data flows and facilitate automation and process design workshops

- Strong consulting, relationship management and facilitation skills including the ability to listen and question to understand the business problem, analyze, provide insight and advice

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including persuasive, data-rich presentation skills

Essential Skills :

- Graduate of a bachelor's degree with 6-10 years of experience in the Process excellence.

- Expert level knowledge of tools to collect, aggregate, segment and analyze data e.g. MS Project, and MS Visio, minitab

- Must be Lean Six sigma Certified (Master/Black-) belt

Desired Skills:

- Hands-on knowledge of and certification in various improvement frameworks (LEAN, Six Sigma, AGILE, Human Centered Design, Design Thinking, Customer Journey mapping)

- Experience in managing complex process improvement projects, including undertaking operational assessments and target operating model design using Lean Six Sigma
