Senior Manager - Process Design & Automation - FinTech
Our client is a Indian e-commerce payment system company headquartered in Bangalore.
The job roles and responsibilities are:
- Work with leaders to strategize better customer experience through automation along with process design
- Defining problems statements, designing solutions, driving the solution through automation & process design
- Reporting & tracking project value drivers, NPS/CX impact & efficiency improvements
The Successful Candidate should have:
- At least 8-12 years of experience in leadership & business transformation roles (e-commerce / software / product technology companies would be preferred)
- An understanding of AI/ML landscapes for tools that influence customer experience
- Great stakeholder management skills & process redesigning skills
