Sr. Manager - Private Label - Sourcing & Operations

Leading role in establishing and managing the complete value supply chain for our exclusive line of wellness products. Your responsibilities will encompass scouting, auditing, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure that our private label range meets and exceeds the highest quality standards.

KRA Description:

KRA Manufacturing:

- Identify and engage with manufacturers, formulation experts, and labs aligned with our quality standards.

- Conduct thorough audits of current as well as potential manufacturing partners to ensure compliance with our stringent quality requirements.

- Collaborate closely with manufacturers to negotiate favourable terms, ensuring cost-effectiveness in the private label production process

- Sample Testing and Approval Coordination o Serve as the central point of contact for coordinating sample testing with Team

- Facilitate formula vetting, packaging, compliance approvals, and registrations with certifying authorities.

- End to end Backend Value Chain Establishment o Oversee and optimize warehousing, logistics, and order fulfilment processes for the private label range.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish a seamless and efficient backend value chain.

Quality Assurance :

- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures throughout the sourcing and manufacturing processes.

- Ensure that our private label range consistently meets customer expectations on all levels.

Education:

- Qualification : Min. Commerce Graduation, MBA in Operations and Supply Chain

- Work Experience : Min 6-10 years' experience as sourcing manager for private labels from third party manufacturers

- Experience with Nutraceuticals /food supplements products or industry

Skills Description:

- Industry Experience Proven experience in sourcing private label products and managing the manufacturing processes, Mandatory in the wellness or healthcare industry (Food & Nutrition)

- Compliance & Certification knowledge Strong understanding of quality control, compliance, and certification processes for DTC products.

- Project Management Excellent project management and coordination skills.

- Logistics & Warehousing knowledge Knowledge of warehousing, logistics, and order fulfilment best practices.

- Communication & team work Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
