Senior Manager - Pricing/Value Pricing & Revenue management : - Develops pricing strategies aligned with the financial, marketing and strategic objectives of the business (segment, branding, positioning, targeting ,etc.) - Revises pricing strategies as necessary to accommodate changing market conditions. - Coaches others in pricing setting techniques and methods. - Provides organizational oversight with regards to price setting to set the Zone Pricing guide lines. - Foresees market changes and trends and anticipates how to adapt to them. - Identifies business issues and opportunities by analyzing financial and non-financial data at the transaction level in the organization. - Achieves revenue management goals within business line. - Performs appropriate profitability analyses and makes recommendations to support short- and long-term decisions & multi-year contract (e.g. break-even, relevant cost, contribution margin, linear programming, sensitivity and uncertainty analysis, etc.). - In cooperation with Business partner controller, sets protection rules/guidelines to cover raw material fluctuations, currency exchange rate and inflation rate. - Steer implementation of these rules/guidelines during contract duration. Evaluate quality of the protection system and propose if relevant actions to correct.
