Senior Manager - Pricing & Promotional Analytics - Retail

Job Description Summary:

The Senior Manager - Pricing is responsible for the pricing and promotional analytics function and will also provide support to the new solution and product development to deliver pricing strategy of the business. The Senior Pricing Manager will be responsible for developing the strategic pricing capability for the business by continually reviewing and developing the company's pricing approaches to ensure that they are in line with market best practice with the aim of maximizing margin for the Firm. The Senior Pricing Manager will be a key influencer in DataLabs, creating a greater awareness of the effect of pricing and contributing to the growth of a profit focused mindset in the business.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

- Master's degree in any quantitative discipline or MBA.

- At-least 9-12 years of hands-on modeling and analytics related experience

- Technical mastery in tools and technologies such as SAS, SQL, R/Python, QlikView

- Experience in Pricing and Promotion analytics & Market Mix Modelling (MMM)

- Knowledge of analytical techniques such as Linear Regression, Logistics Regression, Cluster analysis, Market Basket analysis, Decision Tress, Linear Optimization etc. required

- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills required

- Strong MS office skills and data visualization competence

- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills

- Attention to detail and ability to work in high pressure environment

- Should have worked on engagements that require interpreting findings & extracting insights

- Retail domain experience is a plus

- Open to Travel (up to 20%) on need basis
