Senior Manager - Presales/Solutioning - BPO

We have an urgent opening with one of the largest BPO/ KPO

Location: Bangalore

Experience : 8yrs+

Looking for the candidates having exposure into presales/ solutioning into any domain. Should have handled multiple bids

- Responsible for anchoring solutions and providing out of the box thinking for RFI/RFP/ reactive pursuits

- Anchor client presentations and solution defense

- Undertake process due-diligence and work as a trusted advisory to internal and external stakeholder on building an eco system of automation.

- Maintain a pipeline through both proactive and reactive channels.

- It is designed for a go-getter to test uncharted territory and potentially make a difference in the way future BPS operates

- Role is different from traditional customer services roles due to the onus and focus on mix of strategic, process and technological requirements from an individual.
