Senior Manager - Presales - Real Estate

- We have opportunity with reputed real estate company for Sr. Manager Pre sales for Thane location

- Must have an experience of handling a pre sales team.

- Source new sales opportunities through Inbound lead follow-up and Outbound cold calls

- Guide team in generating leads and opportunities through Cold Calling, Website Enquiries, Digital Marketing

- Briefing property details & fixing appointments & site visits

- Instruct the team for maintaining Calendars & Schedules for appointments of every Client

- Support during campaigns in terms of overflow walk-in's

- Keeping record of Bookings, Cancellation Updates - Transfer to respective sales personnel.

- Manage all sources of online inquiries - website, property portals, social media etc

- Converting Tele calls into Walk INS
