Job Description:
- Managing and owning RFX both independently and along with the team.
- Stake holder management, including Bid management team, SBU team, Account team and other enabling functions.
- Owning the bid process with key shareholders.
- Ensure quality solution delivery and subsequent solution selling to other key stakeholders.
- Provide mentor-ship to members of the team and help them come up the learning curve.
- Assimilating the requirements provided by the client in the RFI / RFP documents and have a clear understanding of the key requirements.
- Participating and driving the overall solution designing as per the requirements business drivers articulated from the RFI RFP documents.
- Developing and refining Business Units capability decks by interacting with various Delivery Managers to understand current engagement's model, approach, methodology.
- Contributing in managing Client visits by furnishing / preparing suitable content.
- Contributing to the opportunity management process and pre-sales activities.
- Collating and delivering high quality response in line with customer requirements and timelines.
- Contributing to solution innovation, value proposition and win themes.
- Working with customers (external and internal), internal teams to gather, synthesize & prioritize market and customer problems.
- Performing market analysis, competitive analysis, industry trending, revenue forecasting, reporting trends, identifying potential opportunities for future business etc.
