IT Experience: 14-16 years  Please find the JD below:  Role Description:   - Manage & own RFX both independently and along with the team   - Participate / drive the overall solution designing as per the requirements business drivers articulated from the RFI RFP documents  - Stakeholder management, including Bid Team, SBU Team, Account Team & other enabling functions  - Own the bid process with key stakeholders e.g. Delivery Managers, Account Managers and Client Partners etc.,   - Manage the bid end-to-end and drive the overall response process while coordinating with various other stakeholders  - Ensure quality solution delivery and subsequent solution selling to other key stakeholders   - Provide mentorship to junior members of the team and help them come up the learning curve  - Manage the opportunity management process and pre-sales activities  - Collate and deliver high quality response in line with customer requirements and timelines  - Contribute to solution innovation, value proposition and win themes  - Perform market analysis, competitive analysis, industry trending, revenue forecasting, reporting trends, identifying potential opportunities for future business etc.  Skill sets:  - MBA mandatory   - Strong Business Development background   - Demonstrated clear leadership skills in managing multimillion bids and experience working with project and solution teams to deliver winning solutions   - Good understanding of IT outsourcing industry and developing sales propositions   - Experience of managing and mentoring resources   - Strong communication, presentation & influencing skills   - Experience of working with different solution teams and integrating the overall solution to bring consistent message and value proposition   - Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.   - Attention to detail, self-driven and a very hands-on attitude   - Positive attitude and ability to engage with multiple teams and international clients, at the same time work independently and in small teams.   - Experience working with external/internal customers (gathering requirements, proposing solutions, dealing with escalations)   - Good knowledge of the sales process plus forecasting & ROI analysis   - Should possess strong experience and knowledge of the IT Services Sales Cycle   - Experience in managing the delivery of IT Projects/solutions would be a definite plus   - Demonstrated leadership qualities such as conflict/issue resolution- A natural leader   Should be Result Oriented Very articulate/ excellent on written / spoken communication
