Job description :

- Researching and analyzing data to create sales forecasts

- Collaborating with other departments and upper management to identify business goals

- Recruiting, hiring and training sales representatives

- Identifying customers and sales opportunities by analyzing sales data and consumer trends

- Creating and managing automation tools to increase sales process efficiency

- Implementing and manage CRM tools to maximize opportunities and customer relationships

- To handle a team of 50 to 70 team members

- Work from office & 6 days working

Education : B. Tech

- Leadership/ Team Handling : 2+ yrs( Hindi English) Marathi is added point

- Role Highlights : Customer Escalation, Complaint handling, Stakeholder management, Quality of services, calling or BPO Background (post sales), Need Customer Service Background

- Must Have : Excel , Data Analytics , Vlook up , Hlook up, Pivot Table.
