Senior Manager - Post Merger Integration - Technology Domain - Big4 (7-12 yrs)

We are looking for Senior Manager Post Merger Integration for the Global Big4 organization in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate must come from the technology Domain and should have experience in technology process improvement experience.

Responsibilities:

- Providing service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis, and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement

- Depending on the deal size, managers may lead the entire IMO or a focus area within the Integration Management Office (IMO) Synergies, TSAs, Blueprinting, Day 1 Readiness, Executive Reporting, Integration Roadmap, Communications, Organizational Design

- The desired candidate lead and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for PE clients and their portfolio companies

Candidate Profile :

- 7-10+ years of professional consulting experience, specializing in merger integration, business transformation, and change management

- Demonstrated success in leading multiple M&A integrations in large, complex multi-national organizations

- Expertise in defining, implementing, and continual refinement of business processes

- History of leading large complex technology projects and programs

- Experience in leading one or more work streams in a business transformation
