Job Description:

This role is for SQA team Policy Servicing. SQA team conduct audits and QC activities of various processes within Policy Servicing, It also involves handling various external audits namely Internal audit of various processes and Statutory audit coordination.

Key Deliverables include

Individual Contribution :

- Conducting various audits for plugging loopholes in different processes at user-end to mitigate the risk of future operating losses/risk arising out of process gaps.

Management requirements :

- Ensuring that the requirements (defined and ad hoc) sought by senior management are duly provided within time.

Control Enhancement:

- Developing new reports and evaluating the feasibility of the same for enhancing SQA's efficiency & channeling the saved man-hours towards more appropriate value added activities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS :

- Educational Qualifications: Semi Qualified CA/Qualified CA.

- Work Experience: Candidate should have audit background Certifications.

Other skill set:

- Proficient in L/R/W/S in English and Hindi.

- Advanced excel, word, PPT skills required.

- Should be a team player.

- Enthusiastic.
