Sr Manager - PMS
- Ensure opening and closing of appraisal is carried out in the stipulated time frame.
- Coordinate with L&D team to conduct refresher training intervention for appraisers on appraisal management systems
- Coordinates with the reviewing authorities in order to ensure the appraisal process is done on time.
- Facilitate feedback sessions between appraiser and appraise.
- Ensuring that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation.
- Participate in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
- Compensation Management.
- Prior experience in HR practices and APR/PMS management.
- Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office.
- Assess employees needs by conducting organizational psychology surveys to find out what motivates and engages employees
