Education: MBA : HR/IR (full time)/MSW (mandatory); Flexible for exceptional candidates
Preferred Industry: Pharma - API + Formulations, Speciality chemicals, Automobile, FMCG
Key skills set required :
- Must have handled multiple HR roles within a plant in his/her entire career i.e. HR, IR, ER, Labor issues, employee management, L&D etc
- Sr. Leadership level maturity, confidence, and good communication
- Manage Site interest in alignment with corporate/company interest
- Strong understanding as well the experience of handling disciplinary actions, accidents, adverse situations, wages/payroll, contract management etc.
