Senior Manager - Plant HR - Paints & Chemicals Manufacturing

We are seeking to Identify Sr Manager - Plant HR for one our client which is one of the largest paints and chemicals manufacturing company in India with a significant presence in global markets.

Looking at an incumbent with strong exposure in Plant HR/IR currently or in past.

Location : Near Pune

Role :

- Develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection, pay and conditions, contracts, training, succession planning, performance appraisal, discipline, grievance, counselling, culture, quality management, temporary staffing and contract labor management)
