Required a Sr. Plant HR Manager to be located in Gujarat for a large Indian conglomerate. The company believes in diversity and hence encourages professionals from South of India to apply.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the plants and company objectives.
2. Oversee the recruitment and selection process for plant employees.
3. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
4. Manpower Planning, Organizational Development and Performance Management
5. Compensation and benefits programs for plant management and staff.
6. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
7. Coordinate training and development initiatives for plant employees.
8. Implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
9. Collaborate with plant leadership to address HR-related issues and provide strategic guidance.
Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Experience as an HR Manager/Sr manager in a manufacturing plant.
3. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
4. Liasoning with Govt. authorities/ Local bodies
5. Strong leadership and communication skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic plant environment.
7. Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
